Sofa fabric
Sofa fabrics are mostly used for furniture decoration. They are subjected to friction and light for a long time and need to have good wear resistance and high fastness. Common suede is based on polyester, while polypropylene has poor affinity for dyes due to its high hydrophobicity and high crystallinity, making dyeing challenging.
Color Solutions
Suede fabrics can be dyed with Skycron® disperse dyes
Strong dyeing power: high dyeing rate can be achieved at lower temperatures
Bright color: suitable for the visual beauty required by furniture fabrics
High fastness: excellent dry friction fastness and sunlight fastness
Good compatibility: suitable for immersion dyeing or high temperature and high pressure dyeing
Process
Pretreatment → high temperature and high pressure dyeing (130℃) → reduction cleaning → color fixation → drying and shaping
