Skyzol® General Series
It covers vinyl sulfone active group (KN type), vinyl sulfone and monochlorotriazine double active group (M type), suitable for traditional dyeing process, complete color spectrum, stable performance, meeting daily production needs.
Skyzol ® KE/TE
The monochlorotriazine active group has weak reactivity and is suitable for dyeing at high temperature of 80℃. It is not sensitive to alkali and is not suitable for cold rolling. The dye is not easy to hydrolyze and has good storage stability. The hydrolysis stability of the “dye-fiber” covalent bond is very good, and the levelness is very good. It is suitable for dyeing and printing of viscose, towels, and mercerized cotton.
SkyzoI ® RGB
The RGB series is a product that further selects varieties with similar compatibility, directness and reactivity based on the M series. Therefore, RGB is very suitable for immersion dyeing of sensitive colors, pad dyeing, or cold rolling.
Skyzol® Deep Shade Series
The Deep Shade Series is specially developed for dark shade dyeing. It offers excellent build-up and strength, featuring high substantivity, high exhaustion rate, and high fixation rate. It meets the requirements for deep shades while reducing dye consumption.

What are reactive dyes, and how do they interact with fibers during dyeing?
▼Reactive dyes are dyes that form a chemical bond with the fiber during the dyeing process. They are mainly used on cellulose fibers such as cotton, viscose, and linen, and some types can also be applied to wool and silk. Because the dye becomes part of the fiber structure, reactive dyes are valued for their bright shades, good wash fastness, and clean overall performance.
Which fibers deliver the best results with reactive dyes?
▼Reactive dyes perform best on cellulose fibers, especially cotton. They are also widely used on viscose, rayon, linen, and other regenerated or natural cellulosic materials. Certain reactive dye types can be used on protein fibers like wool and silk as well. In commercial textile processing, cotton and cotton-rich fabrics are usually the main application area.
What role do salt and alkali play in reactive dyeing?
▼Salt helps drive the dye from the dye bath onto the fiber by improving dye exhaustion. Alkali is used to activate the fiber and create the conditions needed for the dye to react and bond with it. In simple terms, salt helps move the dye onto the fabric, while alkali helps fix it there. Both are important for achieving good color yield and fixation.
Why is dye hydrolysis a key issue in reactive dye application?
