Yoga wear:High elastic blended fabrics, washing fastness challenge

Mostly blended fabrics containing 3%-20% spandex are used, which have good elasticity, but washing fastness is often a problem during dyeing.

Use high washing fastness disperse dyes that can stably dye spandex, suitable for a variety of elastic blended structures such as polyester/spandex, nylon/spandex, etc., which can effectively decompose and desorb from spandex during the reduction and washing stage to avoid a decrease in fastness.

Jackets: Dual test of white stitching and light resistance

Jackets need to be exposed to the outdoors for a long time, and often use white stitching design, which puts forward dual requirements for light fastness and white stitching fastness.

Solutions:

Select disperse dyes with high light fastness
Use anti-migration additives to improve the cleanliness of the white area and the stability of stitching
Use waterproofing agents to increase waterproof function

Shoe materials: migration resistance + residual color removal dual control

Upper fabrics and shoelaces are often mixed with spandex or contain air layers, which are easy to hide dye residues, and are prone to thermal migration and color flakes. At the same time, they need to be resistant to glue solvents and PVC thermal migration.

Use high washing fastness disperse dyes to reduce residues, and high-sun dyes to improve sunlight fastness

Swimsuits: Chlorine and UV resistant, safer against skin

Swimsuit fabrics need to withstand corrosion from sweat, seawater, swimming pool chlorine water, etc. At the same time, the fabrics are close to the skin, and have extremely high requirements for skin safety, moisture absorption, quick drying, and UV resistance.

Down jackets are mostly made of polyester or nylon fabrics, which need to be resistant to sunlight, dry cleaning, and high white fastness to washing, and the fabrics need to have good waterproof properties.
