Silicone Rubber

Silicone rubber has many characteristics and application areas. It has excellent processing performance and can be processed by injection molding, calendering molding and other methods. Its mold is simple to make with low cost, and the silicone rubber mold can be used repeatedly, reducing production costs and time.

‌High and low temperature resistance‌: working at -55℃, and can reach -73℃ after the introduction of phenyl; it can work for a long time at 180℃, and can even withstand weeks or longer at slightly above 200℃, and can instantly withstand high temperatures above 300℃‌

‌Breathability‌: Highest oxygen permeability among synthetic polymers, which makes it perform well in applications that require breathability‌

‌Physiological inertness‌: Non-toxic, tasteless, odorless, not adhering to human tissue. It has anticoagulant effects, and has very little reactivity to body tissue, so it is widely used in the medical field‌

‌Electrical insulation performance‌: Excellent insulation performance, good in corona resistance and arc resistance. Suitable for electrical components such as high-voltage insulators and TV high-voltage caps‌

‌Corrosion resistance‌: Resistant to oil and chemical reagents, and its permeability to gases such as air, nitrogen, oxygen, and carbon dioxide at room temperature is 30-50 times higher than that of natural rubber‌
