1.PCB conformal coating

Under realistic conditions, such as chemical, vibration, high dust, salt spray, humidity and high temperature, the circuit board may produce corrosion, softening, deformation, mildew and other problems, resulting in circuit board circuit failure.

Conformal coating is a specially formulated coating that is applied to the surface of the circuit board to form a protective film with three protections (three protections refer to moisture resistance, salt spray resistance and mildew resistance). Functions of conformal coating:

1. Prevent leakage or short circuit of circuit boards caused by environmental moisture and other pollution sources, and prevent discharge phenomena such as arc and corona;
2. Improve the fatigue load life of solder joints of leadless devices, provide a certain degree of fixation for small components on circuit boards, and avoid the influence of vibration or mechanical shock;
3. Prevent corrosion and mold.

Features of conformal coating

1. Single component, low viscosity resin, suitable for brushing, spraying, dipping, pouring and other processes, with good adhesion.

Application of conformal coating

Technical principles and performance indicators

The main component of AF electronic protective agent is perfluoropolyether.
