The dyeing and finishing process of denim fabric usually includes dyeing, desizing, fermentation washing, soft finishing and other steps, and a variety of auxiliaries are required to achieve the ideal color effect and feel.

Denim Auxiliary Solutions

Pretreatment

Desizing enzyme Sylic B6142A, Sylic B6142, Sylic B6163A
Remove the sizing agent from the fabric and improve the dyeing uniformity.

Wetting agent SYLIC P1400, Sylic P1403A, improve the wettability and permeability of dye to fiber.

Dyeing auxiliaries

Indigo dyeing auxiliaries, dispersant NNO Sylic D2145, dispersant NNO SYLIC D2150, reduce indigo dye to make it soluble in water and dye fibers. Improve dyeing uniformity and color fastness.

Fixing Agent ,Sylic D2808, a special color fixative for denim, improves the bonding strength between dye and fiber and reduces fading. It has excellent water resistance and friction resistance.

Cellulase,Sylic B6100 ,Sylic B6130 ,Sylic B6130, gently removes surface fibers, giving the fabric a soft feel and vintage look. Reduces fabric weight and improves drape.

Anti-back Staining ,Sylic B6150 （CY-N10）,Sylic B6151 （CY-N20）,Sylic B6154A used for denim washing anti-dyeing and anti-fouling treatment.

Softener, Sylic F3603 (CY-9004), Sylic F3410 (CY-4867), Sylic F3591 (CY-404A) give the fabric a soft and smooth feel.

Anticrease Agent, sylic D2501, improves the wrinkle resistance and dimensional stability of fabrics, Improves fabric elasticity.

Waterproofing agent, Sylic FU5315, FU5203 (CY-664), FU5201 (CY-655), FU5220 (CY-128) give the fabric waterproof and oil-proof properties, improving functionality. Does not affect the breathability of the fabric.

Denim garment washing, Sylic F3574, Sylic FU5570, Sylic FU5600, soft and smooth, fluffy and elastic, long-lasting and comfortable feel

Dyeing and finishing process

1. Pretreatment
Desizing (60-70℃×20-30min) → Water washing → Penetration treatment (40-50℃×10-15min)
2. Dyeing
Indigo dyeing (50-60℃×30-45min) → Oxidation → Fixation (60℃×20min)
3. Finishing
Enzyme washing (50-55℃×30-60min) → Softening finishing (40℃×20min) → Wrinkle-resistant finishing (40℃×Padding) → Waterproof and oil-proof finishing (40℃×Padding) → Drying and shaping (130-150℃)
