Plastic products are widely used in packaging, home appliances, automobiles, building materials, toys and other industries, which put forward higher requirements for their color brightness, uniformity, weather resistance and environmental protection.

Requirements for plastic dyeing

High thermal stability requirements: dyes need to withstand the high temperature (usually 160-300°C) during plastic molding.
High dispersion requirements: need to be well dispersed in the plastic matrix to prevent agglomeration or color spots.
Migration resistance: colorants cannot easily migrate to contact surfaces, especially in applications such as food packaging.
