Paper Dyeing Solutions

In the process of paper manufacturing and processing, color not only determines the appearance of the product, but also affects its final use, such as decorative paper, cultural paper, gift wrapping paper and yellow paper for sacrificial purposes. In order to achieve the ideal dyeing effect, we provide comprehensive dyeing and auxiliary solutions to help paper manufacturers improve product quality, color stability and production efficiency.

Color Solutions

According to the characteristics of paper fibers (mostly plant cellulose, highly hydrophilic) and dyeing process requirements, we recommend two main types of dyes:

1. Skydiro®Direct Dyes

Skydiro®Direct Dyes have good water solubility and can be directly physically adsorbed and hydrogen-bonded with cellulose. No mordant is required and the process is simple. They are suitable for bulk paper such as cultural paper, copy paper, kraft paper, and packaging paper.

2. Skyzon® Basic dyes

Skyzon® Basic dyes are brightly colored and are especially suitable for dyeing cation-treated paper, yellow paper, incense paper, and other applications that require high color saturation.

Advantages:

High coloring strength, bright and full colors

Suitable for sacrificial products such as aniline yellow paper

Good binding force for cation-treated paper

3.Papermaking additives

Sylic FU5330 Waterproof wax emulsion

Product description

Sylic FU5330 emulsion is a weak cationic oil-in-water wax emulsion. It has good stability and lubrication performance. Good hand feel, anti-stick, waterproof performance.

Features and benefits

1. Sylic FU5330can be used for surface waterproofing and internal sizing.
2. Sylic FU5330has a good combination performance, can be used for paper ink waterproof.
3. Sylic FU5330is used for surface treatment to make the coating have good water and stain resistance.
4. Sylic FU5330can be mixed with waterproofing agent to minimize the impact on the waterproofing agent, while improving the feel and tear resistance of the fabric.

Application range

• Textile smoothing agent;
