Dye selection – Skyacido® Wool Series

Due to the special structure and dyeing requirements of wool fibers, we recommend the Skyacido® Wool Series (wool acid dye series), which is a complete set of dye combinations designed specifically for wool. It has the same performance as Heinz Mann’s Lanaset® series and is suitable for dyeing high-end wool fabrics, wool yarns, and wool blended products.

Main features:

✅ Excellent dyeing uniformity: high affinity for wool, no color spots or spots are easily produced during the dyeing process.
✅ High fastness performance: excellent fastness to washing, light and perspiration, meeting the requirements of the high-end market.
✅ High temperature and acid resistance: suitable for dyeing under high temperature acid bath conditions.
✅ Good compatibility: can be used with different types of dyes in the series (such as acid and metal complex dyes), suitable for dyeing with complex formulas.

Textile auxiliaries matching

To ensure the best performance of dyes and improve the stability of the dyeing process, we recommend the use of the following auxiliaries:

Sylic D2814, an acid fixing agent, is suitable for dyeing acid dyes on nylon, wool, silk and other fabrics, and can obtain excellent color fastness to washing and anti-white staining effect of printing.

Sylic D2120 Levelling Agent, compatible with both fiber and dye, effectively slows dye uptake on wool, ensuring uniform, deep, and vivid shades. It offers excellent level dyeing, reproducibility, and consistent results across batches without affecting shade or color yield.

Sylic D2720 Soaping Agent (CY-529), It has excellent cleaning, dispersing and suspending effects on unfixed dyes and hydrolyzed dyes, alkali chemicals and electrolytes, and effectively improves the dyeing fastness.
