What is the SWF series best for?
▼SWF high wash fastness disperse dyes suit polyester/spandex, swimwear, shoe fabric and premium elastic textiles. They combine strong post-setting wash performance, low staining and resistance to demanding chemical exposure.
Why use SWF for polyester/spandex?
▼Conventional disperse dyes may migrate after heat setting and stain the spandex component. Skycron® SWF dyes are designed to minimize staining on other fibers during home washing.
How does SWF perform after 180°C setting?
▼SWF is developed to retain high washing fastness after 180°C heat setting. Production trials should reproduce the actual setting time, shade depth and finishing conditions before bulk approval.
Is reduction clearing still required?
▼Do not assume it can be omitted. SWF’s low-staining design may reduce residual surface color, but clearing requirements must be validated against the shade depth, fastness target and production process.
Why use SWF dyes for swimwear?
▼These high wash fastness dyes for swimwear are designed for elastic fabrics exposed to heat setting, repeated laundering and chlorinated water. They are also suitable for sportswear and shoe fabrics.
