It’s suitable for optical brightening agent for cellulosic fibers,Cotton ,polyamide and their blends.

APPLICATION
1.With blue white shade for cellulosic fibers,cotton,polyamide and their blends.
2.With Highly appropriate for exhaust process.
3.With excellent washfastness and very high bath exhaustion.
4.With high and brilliant white maximum.
5.With good stabile to alkalis,peroxide,and electrolyte.
6. With good solubility in water.
PROCESS METHOD
1.Normal cotton whitenning exhaust process
Dosage:OBA BYB 0.2-0.6% o.w.f
Sodium sulfate:5-10g/L
Temperature×time:80-100℃×20-30mins Liquor rate:1:10-20
2.With peroxide bleaching for cotton exhaust process
Dosage:OBA BYB 0.2-0.6% o.w.f
Sodium hydroxide(30%):1-4g/L
Hydrogen peroxide(35%):4-8g/L
Sodium silicate: 2-5g/L
Dertergent:0.5-1g/L
Stabilizer:0.1-0.5g/L
Temperature×time:100℃×30-45mins
Liquor rate:1:10-20
3. Continuous Process
Dosage:OBA BYB 1-4g/L
Padding:Liquor pick-up 70-80%
Temperature×time:below 160℃×20-30sec.
PACKING AND STORAGE
1.25KG carton box or according to customer request.
2.Be stable for 5 years when properly stored in closed container at 20℃.
