Sylic D2200 Soda Substitute

White powder PH Value :11.5-12.5

1.It is used as a fixing base for dyeing reactive dyes. It can be used as a substitute for caustic alkali, soda ash, trisodium phosphate and mixtures thereof. 2.The amount used in fixing is small, only 1/8-1/10 of the amount of soda ash.

Dyeing of synthetic fibers, and alkali neutralization of dyed cotton fabrics.

1. Replace acetic acid in dyeing polyester, nylon (nylon), acrylic, etc.: CY-519: 0.3-0.5g/L. 2. Neutralize cotton after dyeing: CY-519: 0.5-2.0g/L, room temperature × 10 min→washing water. The specific process and dosage should be adjusted by the user according to the sample.

Sylic D2400 Dyeing Carrier (CY-522)

Light yellow transparent liquid pH (1% aqueous solution)：5.0-7.0 Moisture ≤13.0%

1. It has good transferability and can effectively solve and repair all kinds of dyeing of polyester and its blended fabrics, especially polyester fabrics such as suede and pongee, which can effectively prevent the repair of white spots. 2. It can also be used as a polyester leveling agent. It can play a role in retarding and preventing the secondary coagulation of the dye during the low temperature stage of dyeing, and can play a strong role in promoting the dyeing at high temperature. 3.
