Characteristics

Scope of Application

Dye buffer acid D2603 is a buffer acid used for high temperature dyeing of polyester fiber disperse dyes, which can be used in spray or liquid cycle dyeing equipment, especially recommended for PH-sensitive dyes, to ensure that the pH value of the dyeing system is 4.5~5, dye buffer acid D2603 is also suitable for any dyeing that needs to be carried out under pH4.5 conditions.

Instructions 

Dissolution method: Water can be diluted in any proportion

Guide formula: The dye buffer acid D2603 should be added to the dye bath before the dye is added.

Dosage: Dye buffer acid D2603 is an acid buffer, no need to add acid when using. It depends on the conditions of use (such as the amount of dye, water, fabric, bath ratio and additives).

Generally in the following range:

polyester fiber disperse dye dyeing: 0.5 ~ 2.0g /L D2603

120kg plastic drum, sealed and protected from light, shelf life 6 months at room temperature.
