Characteristics
- It is soluble in water, resistant to acid, alkali and hard water, and has good
diffusivity. It is mainly used as dispersant in vat dyes, disperse dyes and reactive
dyes. It has the characteristics of good grinding effect, high coloring power, strong
dispersing power and excellent thermal stability.
This product is non-toxic,non-flammable, non-explosive
Scope of Application
The product can be compounded with varios dispersants to meet the comercialization requirements of variousdisperse dyes. It can also be used as dispersant in textile printing and dyeing,
pesticide, construction, rubber, papermaking, oil drilling, carbon black, water treatment and other industries.
Instructions
1. Disperse dyes or vat dyes of particle fineness processing, the dispersing agent and the dye can be added to the grinding machine and the sand mill together. The dosage of the dispersant is 0.5-3 times of vat dyes or 1.5-2 times of the disperse dyes
2. Pigment pad dyeing: Add dispersant 3-5 g / L in the dyeing bath; add dispersant 15-20 g /Lin reducing bath; Leuco acid method: General dispersant dosage is 2-3 g / L.
3. High temperature dyeing of polyester generally can be added to 0.5-1.5 g/ L dispersant in the dye bath;
4. Ice dyeing : Add dispersant 2-5 g / L in sodium salt solution bath for base; add dispersant 0.5-2 g / L in the diazonium salt solution bath for color;
