Characteristics

1. It has fast wetting and penetrating performance.
2. Excellent emulsification and net washing performance, which can help remove the accompanying organisms such as grease and wax on cotton fiber and prevent the generation of wax filaments and wax spots.
3. It has excellent suspension and dispersion ability to prevent dirt from staining back to the fiber.
4. The fabric treated by it has excellent water absorption and whiteness.
5. Stable in 70g/L caustic soda solution, and can maintain the rapid wetting and penetrating performance of the working solution, especially suitable for the pretreatment process where the refining agent is separated from the caustic soda solution during cooking.
6. The composition is biodegradable and meets the requirements of environmental protection.

Scope of Application

Degreaser Sylic P1203 is an alkali-resistant refining penetrant for desizing, refining and bleaching of cotton and its blended products. It is resistant to medium strength caustic soda solution and has excellent permeation emulsification performance, suitable for use in continuous pretreatment process where caustic soda and refiner solution are charged separately.

Applicable processing equipment: various types of continuous, semi-continuous and intermittent processing equipment

Processes: desizing, boiling, bleaching

Method of chemical process: Dissolve Sylic P1203 in 5-10 times of cold water, or add directly to Auxiliary slave cylinder.

Packaging and storage

120kg plastic barrel, sealed storage, shelf life of 12 months at room temperature.
