Characteristics

1. It has excellent scouring effect. It can be used for scouring and decontamination of all cotton and its blend knitted fabric in the same bath under alkaline conditions to make the fabric obtain good wool effect and hydrophilicity.
2. In the near neutral and weak acid bath, it can fully emulsify and disperse the oil agent, and has unique effect on removing chemical fiber oil agent. It can be used in the polyester knitting scouring and dyeing one bath dyeing process, with little influence on the shade.
3. High concentration product, low foam, easy to dissolve in cold water.

Scope of Application

Scouring and decontamination process for cotton and its blends usage method

Instructions 

1. Refining and decontamination process: (cotton knitted and blended fabrics)
Sylic P1201: 0.2-0.8g/L, NaOH: 2 g/L, H2O2 (27.5%): 5-8g/L,
Bath ratio: 1:10, temperature: 95-98 ℃, time: 40-60min
2. Polyester knitting scouring and dyeing one bath process:
Sylic P1201: 0.2-0.5g/L, high temperature leveling agent: 0.7-1.0g/L, glacial acetic acid: 0.4-0.6mL/L, dye: X, bath ratio: 1:10, temperature: 130 ℃, time: 30-60min
The specific process shall be adjusted by the user according to the sample.

Packaging and storage

120kg plastic barrel, sealed storage, shelf life of 12 months at room temperature.
