Characteristics

1.Under alkaline condition, it has excellent effect on removing oil and stains on fabrics; in nearly neutral and weak acidic bath, it can fully remove, emulsify and disperse oil, and it has special effect on chemical fiber oil, spandex oil, high viscosity mechanical oil and other substances, and it can prevent other substances, such as oil, etc., from getting into the tank and then staining the cloth surface.
2.Low temperature 70-80 ℃, neutral conditions to remove oil stains on fabrics that do not resist alkali (such as silk, wool, gold and silver silk fabrics), the effect is obvious, without damaging the fiber.
3. Alkaline conditions in the cotton and its blended fabrics in the same bath of refining oil removal, with excellent refining and oil removal effect.

Scope of Application

Suitable for degreasing polyester fabrics, practicing and dyeing in the same bath, low temperature degreasing of decorative fabrics, as well as refining and degreasing of cotton and its blended fabrics.

Instructions 

1. General degreasing process:Sylic P1104A: 0.5-2.0g/L, liquid alkali: 0-3.0g/L, temperature: 100-130℃, time: 30-60min.
2. Polyester knitting dyeing process:Sylic P1104A: 0.5-1.0g/L, high-temperature leveling agent: 0.7-1.0g/L, glacial acetic acid: 0.4-0.6mL/L, dyes: X, bath ratio: 1:10, temperature: 130℃, time: 30-60min.
3. Refining and degreasing process: (cotton knitting and blended fabrics)Sylic P1104A: 0.5-2.0g/L, NaOH: 2g/L, H2O2 (27.5%): 5g/L, bath ratio: 1:10, temperature: 130℃, time: 30-60min.
Bath ratio: 1:10, temperature: 95-98℃, time: 40-60min.
4. Decorative cloth low temperature degreasing processSylic P1104A: 0.5-2.0g/L, temperature: 70-80℃, time: 30-60min.
