Characteristics
1.B6108 is a concentrated liquid cellulase which can effectively be used for bio-polishing of cellulase composed garments.
2.It is a cellulose enzyme preparation produced using genetically modified strain of Trichoderma reesei.
3.The enzyme is designed to be efficient in treating of cellulosic material and is especially suitable for the finishing processes of all types of cellulosic fabrics.
Scope of Application
B6108 is a concentrate and provides maximum formulation flexibility to formulators. The product is applied in a novel enzymatic finishing process, for cellulose based fabrics, which is known as “Bio-Polishing”. This process permanently improves the resistance to pilling resulting in cleaner, brighter, smoother fabrics with greater drape ability. B6108 can also be used for stone washing of denim.

Application parameters:
pH value:4.5-5.0
Temperature:50℃-55℃
Dosage:0.5%-1.0%(o.w.f)
Final conditions will vary according to fabric type, conditions, as well as customer style preference.
Inactivation must be carried out after treatment. Either alkaline rinse by raising pH to > 10 for 10 minutes or the use of bleaching agents will terminate the enzyme reaction.
Contact of B6108 with ferric ions should be avoided.
Packaging and storage
30kg plastic drum, Packing as desired by customers can be arranged..B6108 is recommended to store at 24°C or below with optimum temperature at 15°C. Products stored in sealed container at recommended level will maintain 90% activity for at least 6 months. Prolonged storage at temperatures above 30°C should be avoided.
