Scope of Application

Excellent effect on polyester fabrics.

Widely used polyester, polyamide fiber, cotton and wool fabric.

Note: silicone oil ingredients that won’t produce slip, with the fabric or not will make no difference to tear strength.

General deepening application:

Impregnation method:

Dosage: 3%-5%

Time: 10-20min

PH value: 5-6

Dipping method:

Dosage: 30g/ L-80g /l

Rolling rate: 60%-80%

PH value: 5-6

 

Drying temperature (if necessary) above 100℃

Set baking temperature and time

150 ~ 180℃ ´ 1 ~ 3 min (synthetic fiber)

120 ~ 150℃ ´ 1 ~ 3 min (natural fiber)

Packaging and storage

120Kg per one plastic drum, storage life is 12 months.
