Characteristics
- It is suitable for roller printing and round screen, flat screen coating and coating printing, with good resistance to electrolyte and water-holding.
- Low dosage, good stability.
- Printing products with clear outline, high colour yield and bright colour.
- Good rheology, fast slurry, can be added directly to the colour slurry mixture to thicken, but also with water and spare slurry (paint slurry and adhesives and other components do not join).
- Good compatibility, can be used with a variety of adhesives and paint colour paste.
Suitable for paint and coating printing process of various fabrics.
Instructions
Printing paste production: water + Sylic PR4223, high-speed mechanical mixing, mixing well, made of spare paste, and then mixed with other components when used and stirred well. Can also be mixed with the binder, colour paste, crosslinking agent mixed together once into a paste made of paint printing paste. Dosage 1.5-2.0%.
Packaging and storage
Packed in 130KG plastic drum.

- Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse; shelf life of 6 months at 5-35℃.
