SCOPE OF APPLICATION

Suitable for flat screen and round screen printing process of polyester and its blended fabrics.

USAGE

Printing paste production: water + citric acid (when needed + paste), stir to dissolve, add Sylic PR4213, stir well, then add disperse dyes, stir well.

Dispersed printing use thickening agent alone process formula:

Disperse dyestuff	Y%
Total	100%

Dispersed printing and paste mixing process formulation:

 

Water	X%
Sylic PR4251	1.5-2.5%
SYLIC PR4213	2.5-3.5%
Disperse dye	Y%
Total	100%

Process: Color paste modulation → Printing → Drying → Baking (180-190℃×5-6min) → Washing → Reduction cleaning → Washing → Softening → Styling

Please adjust the detailed process through the actual sample at the discretion of the user.

CAVEAT

If there is a slight delamination, it is a normal phenomenon, please mix well before use, it will not affect the use effect.

PACKAGING,STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION

Packed in 130KG plastic drum.

• Transported as non-dangerous goods.
• Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse; shelf life of 12 months.
