Characteristics

1. It has a strong chelating and dispersing effect on Ca²⁺, Mg²⁺and Fe³⁺;
2. It has high alkaline resistance and can be used in long car pretreatment process；
3. It also has good compatibility with dyes, and has little influence on color light in the active dyeing process.

Scope of Application

It is suitable for improving water quality in printing and dyeing.

Instructions 

This product is a powder concentrated product, can be diluted 1 part to 2~3 parts for use, or can be used directly with 1/3 to 1/2 of the amount of conventional chelating dispersant.

1. Long car continuous process: 0.5-1.5g/L
2. Intermittent process: 2.0-3.0g/L

The specific process should be adjusted according to the water quality.

Packaging and storage

25kg paper bag, pay attention to moisture, seal and protect from light, and have a shelf life of 12 months at room temperature.
