Functions and features

This product does not contain phosphorus or APEO. In the same-bath degreasing and dyeing process, it can eliminate the color spots and color flowers caused by oil and oligomer sticking to the cylinder, and improve the processing quality. It has excellent emulsification and dispersibility under neutral, weakly acidic and alkaline conditions, and has special effects on dispersing other substances such as chemical fiber oil, which can prevent other substances such as oil from sticking to the cylinder and then staining the cloth surface.

Scope of application: Used for pretreatment or scouring and dyeing of polyester-cotton blended fabrics and polyester warp and weft knitting in the same bath process.

Usage:
1. Degreasing process for polyester embroidery fabrics, etc.:
P1104A: 0.3-1.5g/L, after adding the degreasing agent, run at room temperature for 10 minutes, then heat up to 80-100℃, treat for 30 minutes, then overflow water washing, dyeing.
2. Degreasing process for polyester knitted fabrics in the same bath:
P1104A: 0.3-1.0g/, dye: X, temperature 120-130℃, treat for 30-60 minutes, then
cool down, wash, and remove from the tank.
Packaging and storage
125 kg plastic barrel, sealed and stored away from light, shelf life 6 months at room temperature.
