Characteristics

1. excellent stiffening effect and good durability
2. With good wash resistance, making the fingerboard soft to the touch
3. After heat treatment, a soft to medium hardness, colorless, highly elastic polymer film is formed.
4. It can beusedin one bath with silicone oil and waterproofing agent.

Stiffening finishing of various fabrics.

Sand feel finishing of cotton and R/C fabrics.

Instructions 

1.Stiffening finishing process:

Sylic FU5735  :40-150g / L

Padding working liquid →drying →setting (160° C-180° C x 40-90 sec)

 

2.Sand feel finishing of cotton and R/C fabrics:

Sylic FU5735 : 10-70g / L

Silicone softener: 50-100g/L

Padding working liquid →drying →setting (160° C-180° C x 40-90 sec)

 

3.Shaped Paste Edge process :

The stock solution is diluted by 25 ~ 30%, and is suitable according to actual requirements

 

The specific process, please adjust as appropriate through the sample.

Packaging and storage

120 kg plastic drum, sealed and protected from light, with a shelf life of 1 year  at room temperature.
