Characteristics

1. It is a reactive product that can react with the hydroxyl groups of cellulose fibers and the amino groups of polyamide fibers.
2. The treated fabric has excellent UV resistance.
3. Improve the light fastness and light and perspiration fastness of dyed fabrics.
4. It can be bathed with reactive dyes and acid dyes.
5. No effect on whiteness and shade, good washing resistance, no effect on hand feel and hydrophilicity.

Scope of Application

It is suitable for anti-ultraviolet finishing of cellulose fiber and nylon fiber and improve the light fastness. It is widely used in the anti-ultraviolet finishing of children’s and infant clothing, sportswear, beach, swimming and leisure clothing, work clothes and uniforms.

Instructions 

It is recommended to use cold water to melt the material under the condition of pH 6.5-7.5 (10% soda ash adjustment). It is best to use it immediately and do not leave it overnight, especially in summer. Store the preparation solution and treated fabric in a dark place before curing.

1. Rolling steaming process

CY-659 10-30g/L

Dyes and others 0-x

Padding→pre-drying (80℃)→steaming (103-105℃×2-4min or 130℃×20-40s)→water washing and soaping→drying

2. Dyeing process

CY-659 1.0-3.0% (o.w.f)

Dyes and others 0-x

Dip dyeing (same as dyeing process) → washing and soaping → dehydration and drying (140-160℃)

It is recommended that this product be used in the same bath with reactive and acid dyes, and the process conditions are as usual. For dark or heavy fabrics, the dosage of CY-659 can be appropriately reduced. It must be tested in advance before use.

Packaging and storage

25KG plastic drum, the shelf life is 6 months. Very sensitive to high temperature and frost, storage temperature is 0-40 ℃. If it is frozen, it can be used after stirring and melting without affecting its performance.
