Characteristics

1.Improve the light fastness of fabrics dyed with disperse dyes;

2.Reduce fiber damage caused by photochemical degradation;

3.Good water wash resistance;

4.Compatible with resins, softeners and fluorescent whitening agents;

5.It has high affinity with polyester and excellent thermal stability;

6.The product has good versatility and is suitable for the immersion rolling method or the impregnation method.

Scope of Application

It is suitable for  anti-ultraviolet finishing of sun-protective clothing and ready-made garments made of polyester fiber fabric, as well as professional textiles such as sunshades and sun umbrellas

Instructions 

1)Reference dosage:

Padding method    :15-80 g/L

Immersion method: 1.5-8% (o.w.f)

2) Application Examples:

Padding:

FU5680 15 ~ 80g/L

Padding  (50% residual rolling rate) → Drying → shaping

Impregnation:

FU5690 1.5-8% (o.w.f)

Bath ratio: 1:10 to 15

Treat at 40 -50℃  for 20 to 30 minutes → dehydrate → dry → set

Packaging and storage

120kg plastic drum, sealed and protected from light, shelf life 6 months at room temperature.
