Characteristics

1.It is mainly used for deepening treatment of sulfurized black dyed pure cotton, polyester and nylon black fabrics, with a redcolor light.

2.It has a good hand feel, has little effect on color fastness, and can increase the depth by 20-40%.

3.The deepening effect can withstand household washing, dry cleaning and friction .

4.Environmentally friendly, free of formaldehyde and APEO.

 

Scope of Application

It is applicable to the deepening treatment of sulfurized black dyeing of pure cotton, polyester, nylon and their blended woven fabrics

Instructions 

Immersing method:(It is not recommended to use it in a tank):

Continuous padding method:

Deeping agent: 10-40g/L

Method: one immersing and one padding

Liquid-carrying rate: 80-90%

Temperture: normal

Drying: 100℃

Setting: 100℃-180℃

When applying, select a slightly acidic PH; It is not advisable to use anionic additives in the same bath.

Packaging and storage

120kg plastic drum, sealed and protected from light, shelf life 6 months at room temperature.
