Characteristics

1.It has an excellent deepening effect and is suitable for “Arabian black” ultra-deep black finishing.

2.It has excellent friction color fastness effect and improves friction color fastness.

3.The deepening effect is durable and will not change with time.

4.Deepening treatment basically does not cause problems such as sticky rollers caused by dehydration.

5.It can be used with most weak cationic silicone softeners in the same bath, and the style is more distinctive.

6.It can be used in the color correction process to solve the difference in color shade of printing and dyeing, and achieve the same color effect.

7.It has excellent blue light color light, which can be used to adjust color light.

Scope of Application

It works extremely well on polyester fabrics. It is widely applicable to fabrics such as polyester, nylon, cotton, sweaters and wool. Note: silicone oil ingredients that won’t produce slip, with the fabric or not will make no difference to tear strength.

General deepening application:

Impregnation method:

Dosage: 3% – 5%

Time: 10 – 20 minutes

pH value: 5 – 6

 

Padding method:

Dosage: 30g/l – 80g/l

Pick-up: 60% – 80%

pH value: 5 – 6

Drying temperature (if necessary): above 100℃

Setting baking temperature and time:

150 – 180℃ × 1 – 3 min (synthetic fibers)

120 – 150℃ × 1 – 3 min (natural fibers)

Precautions

The amount of use depends on the type of fabric and the degree of deepening required. In order to achieve the best deepening effect and the stability of the processing bath, we recommend that the pH value of the processing bath should be maintained around 5.0 ~ 5.5, the pH value change of the processing bath may affect the deepening effect, more attention should be paid to, it is best to avoid using it at the same time as other processing aids, in the case of miscible use, its compatibility should be determined through sufficient preparation experiments before use, the deepening effect and various color fastness before use. Maintain consistency in processing conditions (especially PH value, baking temperature, time, etc.).
