Characteristics

Imparts a soft, smooth, skin-friendly hand feel to fabrics.

Requires low dosage and provides excellent deepening effects, suitable for fabrics like cotton (sulfur dyed), cotton (reactive dyed), T/C, denim, etc.

The deepening effect is durable, maintaining excellent performance even after washing.

 

Scope of Application

It imparts excellent deepening effects to all fibers, including cotton and wool, accompanied by a soft, smooth hand feel. The deepening effect achieves 30-50% (varies depending on the fabric and dye used). It is particularly suitable for the deepening and brightening of sulfur dyed, disperse dyed fabrics and their blends. The treated fabric exhibits a bluish cast.

Instructions 

Padding Method: 10 g/L – 50 g/L

Curing temperature and time:130 ~ 170°C for 1 ~ 3 minutes

Note: Dosage depends on the fabric type and desired depth of shade. Exhibits excellent stability under acidic conditions.

Precautions

The dosage should be determined based on the fabric type and the required depth of shade. To achieve optimal deepening effect and bath stability, we recommend maintaining the working bath pH around 5.0 ~ 5.5. Changes in the working bath pH may affect the deepening result and should be noted. It is best to avoid simultaneous use with other processing aids. If co-applying with other agents, their compatibility, the deepening effect, and various fastness properties must be confirmed through preliminary tests before use. Maintain consistent processing conditions (especially pH value, curing temperature, time, etc.)
