Characteristics

1.It can prevent yellowing caused by NOx and SOx gases in the air.

2.It can prevent yellowing caused by lignin contained in packaging cardboard boxes.

3.It can prevent phenolic yellowing caused by BHT, an antioxidant in the packaging film.

4.It does not affect light fastness.

Scope of Application

It is suitable for anti-yellowing treatment of nylon and its blended fabrics during storage

Instructions 

1)Reference dosage:

Padding method: 30-40g/L

Immersion method: 3-4% (o.w.f)

2)Application example:

Padding:

FU5610  30 ~ 40g/L   pH: 3.5-4.5   Padding→ Drying → Shaping

Impregnation:

FU5610  3-4% (o.w.f)  pH: 3.5-4.5

Bath ratio: 1:10 to 1:20, soak at 50 to 80℃ for 15 to 20 minutes → dehydration → drying → shaping

Notice: If the storage temperature is less than 0℃, the product may thicken or solidify. Heat it to 20-25 ℃, stir it and it can be used as usual.

Packaging and storage

120kg plastic drum, sealed and protected from light, shelf life 6 months at room temperature.
