Characteristics

1. It is used on regenerated cellulose fibres, high wet modulus viscose fibres, polyester fibres, nylon fibres, cotton blends and other fibre products to provide excellent anti-slip effects.
2. It is used to prevent the loss of elasticity and strength of elastic denim garments or fabrics during desizing, enzymatic washing (cellulase), chlorine bleaching or resin finishing.
3. Used in the pretreatment of elastic white fabric, it can prevent the loss of elasticity and strength of spandex.
4. It has excellent heat resistance and does not cause yellowing.
5. It prevents spandex elastic yarn and wrapping yarn from separating and slipping off during washing, has excellent adhesion, penetrates into the fibre and plays a fixed protective role.
6. This product does not contain APEO, formaldehyde, VOC and other restricted substances.
7. It is anionic product, can not be mixed with cationic products.

Scope of Application

1. add 0.5-1g/L Sylic FU5600 in water before desizing, run at room temperature for 5 minutes, then desize normally without draining liquid, it can protect the elasticity of spandex.
2. Dyeing process: Before dyeing, add 0.5-1g/L Sylic FU5600 at room temperature for 5 minutes without draining, then dye.For fermentation washing and chlorine bleaching, the dosage should be 0.5-1g/L. When chlorine bleaching, it will react with Sylic FU5600.
3. Note: Before starting each process, add this product first, run it for 3-5mins, so that Sylic FU5600 can fully wet and penetrate into the fabric fibre, and play a protective role, then add other additives.

   Please adjust the detailed process through the actual sample at the discretion of the user.

125KG / barrel, sealed and protected from light storage, after taking, timely sealed packaging, shelf life of 12 months at room temperature.
