Characteristics

1.owerful Dispersion & Anti-redeposition: Sylic FU5551 (G502)exhibits excellent dispersing ability for PVA size,

polyacrylate sizes, dyes, etc. It can effectively strip and disperse contaminants adhering to equipment

inner walls, preventing their re-deposition during the cleaning process.

2.Chelating Dispersion & Water Softening: The product has excellent chelating capacity for metal ions

such as Ca²⁺ , Mg²⁺ , Fe³⁺ , etc. During cleaning, this helps soften water, prevent scale deposition, and

may chelate metal ions in the equipment, reducing their interference with the cleaning process or

subsequent dyeing.

3.Acidic Buffering & Neutralization: With a pH of 1.5~3.5 (1% solution), the product provides stable

acidity and buffering capacity. Its acidic environment aids in dissolving certain alkaline or salt residues

Scope of Application

This product can be used for cleaning various types of dyeing machines. It possesses strong cleaning,

dispersing, chelating, and emulsifying effects, capable of removing composite agglomerates such as dyes,

dye dispersions adsorbed on the machine walls, as well as insoluble metal salts from water

Precautions

Strongly acidic. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) during operation.

Different fabric samples have varying size content and different opening/scouring processes. Adjust the

dosage of the cleaning agent Sylic FU5551 (G502) based on actual processing conditions.

Diluted Solution Stability:

Can be diluted in any ratio; diluted solutions are stable.

Avoid direct sunlight. Store in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated warehouse. Shelf life: 12 months.
