Characteristics

  • Excellent antistatic performance, excellent electrical conductivity and anti-fouling and dust-proof properties.
  • Used in the same bath with color fixing agent and most silicone oils, without affecting the fabric feel and style.
  • Used in the same bath with the waterproof agent, without affecting the waterproof performance.
  • Does not affect the color fastness of the fabric, color change, yellow change is minimal.

Scope of Application

It is suitable for antistatic treatment of various fabrics, silks and threads.

Instructions 

Padding process

Sylic FU5500     5-15g / L

Liquid preparation → padding (with liquid rate of about 70-80%) → baking (150-160 ℃)

If the fabric is washed and repaired, it needs to be treated again with antistatic agent.

The specific process should be adjusted by the user through the sample as appropriate.

Packaging and storage

120kg plastic drum, sealed and protected from light, shelf life 6 months at room temperature.
