Instructions
Sylic FU5358 is generally applied by padding method to give finished fabrics excellent waterproof resistant properties.
Recommended process:
Initial waterproof
Sylic FU5358 30 – 60 g/L
Durable waterproof
Sylic FU5358 50 – 100 g/L
Crosslinker 10-15 g/L
Processing condition
Chemical fiber: pad,liquid carrying capacity: 30-70%→curing 150 ℃ to 180 ℃x 60 s
Cotton and blended, pad, liquid carrying capacity: 40-70%, and drying, 110-120 ℃ * 1 min →curing 150-165℃ * 3 min
Processing tips: The effect of water and oil resistance may be affected by impurities remaining on the finished fabric such as fiber oils, slurries, surfactants or dyeing AIDS. Soft finishing or active color fixing can also have an effect. Therefore, it is recommended that the fabric should be cleaned before processing, without any auxiliary finishing, especially soft and solid color finishing.
Packaging and storage
100L or 120L plastic drum, sealed and protected from light, shelf life 6 months at 5-30℃.
