Characteristics

1.After treatment, the fabric basically has no smoldering phenomenon, which can endow the fabric with excellent flame-retardant effect.

2.It is not resistant to water washing and is a one-time flame retardant finishing agent.

3.There is no pungent smell during processing. The usage method is simple and the material dissolves conveniently.

4.It does not affect the color of the fabric and has a good hand feel.

Scope of Application

It is suitable for non-durable flame-retardant finishing of natural fiber and chemical fiber fabrics.

Instructions 

1.Padding process: FU5115 (E552) 100-200 g/L. Solution preparation → Padding (liquid carrying rate 70-80%) → Baking (drying at 120-150℃ is sufficient) → fabric dropping.

2.Spraying process: FU5115 (E552) 150-250 g/L. After the flame retardant is mixed in a certain proportion, it is directly sprayed on both sides of the fabric repeatedly and evenly with a spray device until it is thoroughly soaked. Then, it can be air-dried or dried in a dryer.

Notice

1.This product has extremely stable performance. However, when used in combination with post-treatment agents such as softeners, stiffening agents, water repellents and color-fixing agents, it will seriously affect its flame retardant effect and the stability of the working solution.

2.If used in excess, it will have a certain impact on the hand feel of the fabric.
