Characteristics

1.This product is suitable for one-time flame-retardant treatment of various fiber fabrics. After treatment, the flame-retardant effect is excellent, effectively increasing the melting point and carbon length of the fabric.

2.When burning, the flame goes out immediately upon being separated from the fire.

3.It has little impact on color and has a solubility of up to 500g/L.It is suitable for intermediaries to dilute and use.It is particularly suitable for nylon flame retardancy, and the dosage should be above 250g.

Scope of Application

This flame-retardant finishing process is applicable to fabrics made of polyester-cotton, pure cotton, viscose, nylon and aramid fibers.

Instructions 

High solubility. At room temperature, it can dissolve 40-50%. Easy to use. Add the flame retardant to the mixing cylinder and dissolve it. The general dosage is about 50-120g/L. After the fabric is immersed in the working solution, it can be dried and baked.

The specific process should be adjusted according to the test results as appropriate.

Packaging and storage

25kg woven bag, store at room temperature, avoid direct sunlight. This product should be placed in a cool and ventilated warehouse. Store in a sealed container at room temperature for a period of 12 months.
