Instructions
Sylic F3740 is first diluted with cold water and stirred and then added to the dyeing vat. Before wet waxing, the yarn should fully neutralize the residual alkali or appropriately add acid to the diluted wax emulsion to avoid affecting the stability and adsorption rate of the finishing solution.
Wet waxing In order to obtain high surface lubrication and low friction coefficient for cellulose and its blended yarns, 0.5-2% Sylic F3740 is added. Pre-run for 5 minutes in a weak acid bath with a pH value of 5.5-6.0, slowly raise the temperature to 40°C, keep it warm for 15-20 minutes,
The ratio of internal outflow time is: inside-outside/outside-inside = 1:2 For example: from inside to outside 2 minutes from outside to inside 4 minutes. In order to prevent insufficient exhaustion, it is recommended to add 0.5-1.0 ml/l 60% acetic acid. Drying can be carried out at room temperature or in a pressurized oven at less than 130°C.

Packaging and storage
120 kg plastic drum, sealed and protected from light, with a shelf life of 12 months at room temperature.
