Emulsification and thinning process

Feeding:

F3404 250kg

Glacial acetic acid 2.5kg

Water 750kg

Operation process:

1. Add emulsifier and crude oil to the mixing kettle, start stirring, and stir thoroughly for 5-10 minutes
2. Add 60kg of water and stir for 5 minutes, then add 2.5kg of acid and stir for 10-15 minutes
3. Add 80kg of water and stir thoroughly for 10-15min
4. Add 80kg of water and stir thoroughly for 5-10min
5. Add 120kg of water and stir thoroughly for 5-10minute
6. Add 150kg of water and stir thoroughly for 5-10minute
7. Slowly add the remaining water under the condition of stirring, stir thoroughly for 5-10min, and filter the package
