Characteristics

1.Stable in a bath with silicone oil, it can significantly improve the fastness (e.g., water soaking, washing, perspiration) of deep reds and blacks dyed with reactive dyes.

2.The fixing bath exhibits minimal color leaching, effectively preventing shade lightening or color change.

3.Fabrics treated with this agent experience minimal color change, preserving the original fabric handle and character.

4.Treated fabrics show significant improvement in soaping fastness, perspiration fastness, and other related properties.

5.Offers outstanding alkali resistance, allowing it to be used in mercurizing processes after cotton fixation.

6.Free of free formaldehyde, meeting environmental requirements.

Scope of Application

This product is used for the color fixation of fabrics dyed or printed with reactive, direct, and sulfur dyes. It can significantly improve the fastness properties of the finished fabric, such as water soaking and washing fastness.

Instructions 

This high-concentration product can be diluted 3 to 5 times with water before use.

Before the fixation process, dyed fabrics must be thoroughly rinsed (and soaped if necessary) to remove residual dye, salt, and alkali, ensuring optimal fixation results.

Recommended general dosage and procedure:

​Process 1: Dipping Method​

​Dosage:​​ 1 – 3% (o.w.f)

​Liquor Ratio:​​ 1:5 – 15

​Temperature & Time:​​ 40-50°C × 15-20 min

​Procedure:​​ Dyed fabric → Immerse in working solution at 40-50℃, run for 15-20 min → Rinse → Dry

​Process 2: Padding Method​

​Dosage:​​ 10 – 30 g/L

​Procedure:​​ Dyed fabric → Pad with working solution at room temperature (one-dip-one-nip) → Cure at 150-180°C.

Packaging and storage

125 kg/drum.

Store sealed at room temperature.

Shelf life: 6 months.
