Characteristics

1.Specifically designed as a color fixing agent for nylon (polyamide) dyed with anionic dyes (acid dyes). After treatment, the washing fastness and perspiration fastness of the dyed material are greatly improved.

Scope of Application

This product  is suitable for nylon (polyamide) fabrics, used for color fixation after dyeing with acid dyes or metal complex dyes.. After treatment, the washing fastness, perspiration fastness, and other properties of the dyed material are significantly improved

Instructions 

When using this product in an exhaustion process, it is recommended to alkalize after fixation and neutralize before unloading to prevent fixation spots.

Applied for color fixation after dyeing with acid dyes or metal complex dyes:

Light shades:​ 2-3% (o.w.f)

Medium to dark shades:​ 3-5% (o.w.f)

Bath ratio:​ 1:10-15

Temperature & Time:​ 85℃ for 20-30 minutes (temperature and time can be adjusted by customers based on lab testing results). The specific dosage should be determined by users according to sample tests.

Precautions

The original solution of this product does not contain bisphenol A/B/S/F/AF or phenol. Before use, ensure that residual working solution containing ordinary acid fixatives (with bisphenols/phenols) is completely drained and the equipment is thoroughly cleaned to avoid residual bisphenols or phenolics on the fabric.

Store sealed at room temperature for 6 months. After opening, use within one month to prevent deterioration.
