This product has passed the blue label certification. Triland color fixing agent Sylic D2826 is used for post-treatment of reactive, direct and sulfurized dyes, which can significantly improve the fastness of fabrics, especially for Triland dyes

Characteristics
- The color fixing working fluid drops less color, effectively avoiding the occurrence of peeling color and color change;;
- After the treatment of this product, the color of the fabric becomes smaller and does not affect the original style of the fabric;
- The rubbing fastness, soaping fastness and perspiration fastness of the treated fabric were significantly improved.
- This product has passed the blue label certification, in line with environmental performance;
- The Trichil dye is better than the regular fixing agent.
Scope of Application
Used for post-treatment of reactive, direct, vulcanized dyes.
Instructions
High concentration can be diluted 2-3 times.
Rinse the dyed fabric thoroughly (and soaping if necessary) before fixing the color
Remove the remaining dyes, salts and alkalis to ensure the subsequent color fixing effect.
Recommended general dosage and process:
- Impregnation method:
Dosage: 2 ~ 5 (o.w.f)
Bath ratio: 1:5 ~ 10
Temperature & time: 50℃×15 ~ 20min
Dyed cloth → impregnated at 40 ~ 50℃, run for 20min → dried
- Dipping method:
Dosage: 10 ~ 30g/L
Packaging and storage
125kg/ barrel, sealed and stored at room temperature, shelf life of 6 months.
