Characteristics

• Excellent color fastness to washing and perspiration;
• The prominent anti-white cloth stain effect can prevent the printed fabric from white stain when fixing color;
• It can effectively prevent the color change after the fabric is fixed.

Scope of Application

It is suitable for fixing the color of nylon, wool, silk and other fabrics after dyeing with acid dyes, and can obtain excellent color fastness to washing and anti-white stain effect of printing.

Instructions 

Dipping method:

Medium light color: acidic fixing agent D2814 1-2% (o.w.f), bath ratio 1:10, 80-20 ℃ 20 min, rinse and drying.

Medium dark color: acidic fixing agent D2814 2-3% (o.w.f), bath ratio 1:10, 80-20 ℃ 20 min, rinse and drying.

Pad method:

acidic fixing agent D2814 6-10 g/L, after wash in 60-80 ℃ pad dyeing for one minute.

Note:

Wear protective overalls, rubber gloves, and a protective eye mask during operation.

Packaging and storage

125 kg blue PE drum packaging, 1000 Kg white PE-IBC ton drum packaging.Under compliant storage conditions, products in closed packaging can be stably stored for at least 12 months.
