Characteristics

1. It has good colour fixing effect for indigo dyestuff, and can effectively improve the colour fastness to washing, colour fastness to rubbing and colour fastness to perspiration of fabrics, especially recommended to use the impregnation method.
2. the colour fixing treatment for cotton, linen, wool, silk and other fabrics after dyeing, especially suitable for washing machine treatment of ready-made clothes, O-type cylinder treatment of cotton knitting.
3. It does not contain APEO, organic halide and heavy metals.
4. excellent heat resistance, will not lead to yellowing.
5. It hardly affects the sunlight fastness and colour light of the dyed material, and fully maintains the original colour vividness of cotton fabrics.

Scope of Application

Fixing of reactive dyestuffs and direct dyestuffs, acid dyestuffs for dyeing of cylinder yarns, stranded yarns, cotton knitting, also suitable for garment washing, etc.

Instructions 

Impregnation process: thoroughly soaped and rinsed dyed or printed fabrics can be used.

Sylic D2808: 0.3～0.8 % ( o.w.f )

Treat at 20～40℃ for 20～30 min.

The optimum pH value of the treatment bath is 5 to 5.5. If no other pH adjusting agent is added, additional adjustment may not be necessary.

Soaking process: The concentration of the soaking bath is determined by the absorption rate, and the recommended adsorption amount is 1.0-3.0% of the cloth weight. The recommended adsorption amount is 1.0~3.0% of the cloth weight. Generally, it can be 10~30g/L. The optimum pH value of the treatment bath is 5~5.5, and it can be used in the same bath with cationic and non-ionic finishing agents (do the test to determine the value before use).
