Characteristics
- It has excellent anti-staining effect on reactive dyes, which can effectively prevent staining of white background in the soaping process of printed fabrics and improve the quality of finished products.
- The unfixed and hydrolyzed reactive dyes, alkaline agents and electrolytes have excellent cleaning, dispersing and suspending effects, effectively improving the color fastness.
- It has a good washing effect on the slurry (sodium alginate, chemical slurry, and its composite slurry). After washing, the hand feels soft and the pattern outline is clear.
- It has a certain chelating ability to calcium and magnesium ions, improves water quality, and avoids the production of calcium soap spots.
- Dilute according to the ratio of 1:6-10, can be used instead of ordinary soaping agent.
Application
It is suitable for anti-staining soaping of cotton and rayon reactive dye printing and dyeing fabrics; it is also suitable for soaping of vat dyes, sulfur dyes and acid dyes; it can also be used for soaping of blended fabrics.
Instructions
General dosage:
Intermittent process: 0.1-0.5g/L; long car process: 0.3-1.0g/L.
Chemical method: It is recommended to mix the material at a ratio of 1 to 6-10 at room temperature and stir for about 1 hour. The appearance of the finished product is a colorless transparent liquid.
The specific process should be adjusted by the user as appropriate through the sample.
