Characteristics
- It can efficiently remove the disperse and reactive dyes that are adhered to polyester and cotton fibers, thereby improving the fastness of various properties such as water washing, friction, and color stains.
- After dyeing polyester, there is no need for re-bleaching, thus increasing production efficiency and shortening the process flow.
- The usage effect is stable.
- It can effectively solve the problem of unstable cleaning effect caused by the oxidation of baking soda during storage and the safety hazards such as flammability and explosiveness.
- The cleaning process is simple and easy to operate, significantly saving water and electricity, and being low-carbon and environmentally friendly. The COD of the dyeing wastewater is significantly reduced.
- It does not contain solvents and is environmentally friendly.
Application
This product is suitable for the one-bath washing process of disperse/active dyes for polyester-cotton fabrics.
Instructions
Dyeing (no re-bleaching required) → Cold water washing → Dyeing cotton → The following washing process using soap detergent is adopted for post-treatment cleaning:
- Medium-dark color (disperse dye content ≤ 3%)
Dosage: 1 – 2 g/L. Wash once at 85℃.
- Extra-dark color (disperse dye content > 3%)
Dosage: 3 – 4 g/L. Wash twice at 85℃.
It is incompatible with cationic products, is not resistant to strong acids and strong bases, and is not resistant to electrolytes.
Packaging and storage
125kg / Plastic barrel. Store in a cool and dry place. Shelf life: 6 months.
