Characteristics

1. Excellent dispersion ability, help hydrolysis of reactive dyes (floating color) from the fiber dissolved in the soaping solution to disperse, to prevent the soaping solution of hydrolysis of dyes back to the fiber.
2. on calcium, magnesium, iron and other metal ions have excellent chelating and dispersing effect, softening the water and improving the soaping effect of soaping solution.
3. No affinity for fibers, easy to clean, does not affect the color and light.
4. Does not contain surfactants, is a soaping agent without foam, suitable for a variety of dyeing equipment.
5. Easily biodegradable, conducive to environmental protection.

Application

Suitable for soaping cotton and human cotton after reactive dyeing.

Instructions 

Soaping Agent Sylic D2703 is used in the soaping process of dyed fabrics and printed fabrics with the following reference dosage：

Dyeing fabrics: D2703 0.5-2g / L (immersion method or continuous process)

Printed fabrics: D2703 1-3g/L

If the plant water hardness is high, blank dyeing or pre-treatment is not good, the bath ratio is low or dyeing dark fabrics, the dosage of Sylic D2703 should be increased accordingly.

A typical soaping process is as follows:

1. Drain the liquid after dyeing.
2. Cold water overflow washing for 5 minutes and drainage.
3. 40-50℃ neutral water wash for 5-10 minutes, drain.
4. 60℃ hot water wash for 10 minutes.
5. Add Sylic D2703: 0.5-3g/L, raise the temperature to 95℃ and soak for 10 minutes, drain.
6. 60℃ hot water wash for 10 minutes.
7. Wash in cold water.
8. Color fixing and softening.

150KG plastic drum, 1200KG IBC sealed storage away from light, shelf life of 12 months at room temperature.
