Characteristics

• It belongs to pro-fiber type leveling agent, which can significantly reduce the dyeing rate of wool fiber.
• It has excellent synchronous dyeing performance for color blocking dyes, good reproducibility and small batch difference.
• Good transferability, uniform coloring of dyed fabrics, deep coloring, pure and bright coloring.
• The use of this product does not affect the color light, and the change of using amount does not affect the rate of getting color.

Scope of Application

Used as leveling agent for dyeing wool with weak acidic and neutral dyes.

Dye                                                       X% (owf).

Acidic leveling agent Sylic D2124        1～2% (owf)

HAc                                                      0.3-0.5mL/L

Bath ratio 1︰10～20, start dyeing at room temperature, warm up to 98℃ at the rate of 1℃/min, continue dyeing for 45～60min, cool down to 70℃ and leave the vat, wash with cold water and dry.

Packaging and storage

125KG/plastic drum, stored at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight, can be stabilized for 6 months if properly stored in closed containers at room temperature.
