Characteristics

• It has a high affinity for acid dyes. In the early stage of dyeing, it combines with dye anions to slowly release dye molecules during the dyeing process to achieve the purpose of slow dyeing and level dyeing.
• It has strong dye transfer ability, strengthen dye transfer at high temperature stage, and can effectively improve defects such as rails and stripes.
• It can improve the dye penetration ability and obtain good levelness.
• Low foam.

Scope of Application

Suitable for acid and neutral dyeing of nylon, wool and blended fabrics.

Instructions 

The general dosage is as follows:

CY-524B: 0.5-2% (o.w.f), the lighter the color, the greater the amount.

Temperature and time: 95-120 ℃, 30-60min

It can also be used for rework, the amount of rework: 2-4% (o.w.f).

The specific process should be adjusted by the user through the sample as appropriate.

120kg plastic drum, sealed and protected from light. Shelf life at room temperature is 12 months
