Application

1.Overflow machine process: soaping and enzyme inactivationFirst cylinder: Pickling.Drain at room temperature for 10min

Second cylinder: cold water with soap washing enzyme (1g/L, bath ratio 1:4)

The soaping time at 60℃ was 15 minutes, and the temperature was raised at 95℃ for another 5 minutes

Third cylinder: Wash once at 60℃*15min

 

2.Enzyme washing and enzyme inactivation in open width machine:Continuous washing process: bath ratio 1:4, 60℃*2min

The first tank begins to add 0.5g/L of acid at 60℃

The second tank was added with enzyme 1-2g/L at 60℃ The third tank was added with enzyme 1-2g/L at 60℃

The fourth tank was heated by 85℃ hot water to inactivate the washing enzyme.

 

Packaging and storage

Packing: 25kg/ drum or according to customer requirements Storage: It should be stored in a cool storage room at 25℃

Shelf life: the enzyme activity decreases with the extension of storage time. The enzyme activity can be maintained for 6 months under the condition of less than 25℃ without freezing
