Characteristics

Application

It is suitable for removing the residual hydrogen peroxide after bleaching

Instructions 

1. Dissolution：It is highly soluble in water and can be diluted as required. If necessary, it can be directly added to the bath.
2. Dosage:Generally speaking, 0.1 grams per liter of catalase is sufficient to remove all the remaining hydrogen peroxide after bleaching.
3. Usage:Removing all the remaining hydrogen peroxide after bleaching can save water, energy and time. Since catalase is a safe enzyme preparation, it will not pollute the environment when used.

Because catalase is applicable to a wide range of temperatures and pH values, the operation management system can be safely calculated in practice.

After bleaching and liquid discharge, inject clean water into the machine and neutralize the remaining alkali with acetic acid.

Usually, a 60% acetic acid solution of 1 to 1.5 milliliters per liter is used.

After running for 5 minutes, add the required amount of catalase and run at a temperature of 30℃ to 50℃ for another 15 to 20 minutes.

It has excellent stability when the pH is between 5 and 9, the best when the pH is between 6 and 8, and good stability when the temperature is between 20℃ and 60℃. The optimal operating temperature is 40℃. Stability in hard water: Not limited to both hard water and soft water
